An Elevated Experience with Transparent Pricing
Because we’ve stepped away from the "insurance-first" mindset, we are able to care for a much smaller number of families. Our choice to be a micropractice is intentional. This means you get the luxury of time: longer appointments, better availability, and deeply personalized care. Every medical decision we make is based solely on what is best for your health, not what fits into a billing code.

The Soft Launch Era
As a way to thank the patients who join Hart Family Medicine during our launch phase while I complete residency, I am offering a locked-in founding member rate. This is my way of showing appreciation for the people who help me build this practice from the ground up.
As a Founding Member, your membership-based healthcare rate will stay exactly where it is for as long as you’re with the practice, even as Hart Family Medicine continues to grow and evolve.

I am keeping my patient list intentionally small so I can stay true to my promise of providing deeply personalized, unrushed care. Hart Family Medicine is a DPC micropractice, but for now, think of it as a "micro-micro" practice.
Space is limited to ensure I can be fully present for every person I see. Thank you for helping me bring the "Hart" back to healthcare.

A note on Labs & Testing: To keep your membership simple and affordable, lab work is not included in the monthly fee. However, we’ve negotiated discounted cash pricing for our members, which often costs significantly less than going through insurance!
Don't see what you're looking for? This list isn't all-inclusive. If you have a specific or complex condition, let's chat! I’m happy to talk through whether Hart Family Medicine is the right fit for your healthcare journey.
Let’s get back to the good ol' days of medicine.
Where care was personal, unhurried, and built on a relationship.
Ready for a change? Consider this your sign.
Scheduling for virtual Meet & Greets will begin upon our official launch.
In the meantime, feel free to join the Pre-Enrollment List. Because I am keeping my patient list intentionally small to ensure the highest quality of care, spots are limited. This isn't a commitment to join the practice; it’s simply a way to ensure that if you do choose Hart Family Medicine, a place is waiting for you. No strings attached, just peace of mind.
Frequently Asked Questions

Not quite. Traditional concierge practices charge a hefty annual fee and still bill your insurance, often leaving out patients who are between coverage or under-insured. Hart Family Medicine is different. You pay one simple monthly membership with no copays, no surprise bills, and no insurance hoops. Just care that’s personal, accessible, and actually works for your life.
-
It’s a very intentional choice. Hart Family Medicine is not only a Direct Primary Care practice, but it’s also a micropractice. While a typical doctor in the traditional system manages a list of around 1,500 to 2,500 patients, and even many DPC doctors carry between 300-800, I’ve chosen to keep my patient family much smaller.
This allows me to fulfill my two greatest roles in life: being fully present for my own family and providing truly exceptional, deeply personalized care for yours. Because I’m not juggling thousands of files, I don’t have to spend our visit shuffling through a chart to remember your history. When you walk through the door, I’ll know exactly who you are and where we left off. You aren't just a number on a schedule; you’re a person I’ve cleared my day to actually listen to.
-
I get it. Honestly, I’m right there with you. Between the general cost of living and insurance premiums, one more monthly charge is the last thing any of us wants to add to our bank statement.
Putting it in PerspectiveIt’s easy to justify a $100 Target run or a last-minute DoorDash order when life gets busy (guilty!), but we often hesitate to invest that same amount into our own long-term wellness. However, when you look at the traditional healthcare system, one single ER visit or Urgent Care trip can easily cost more than an entire year of membership here.
A Different Way of Thinking
By having a personal connection to your doctor, you aren't just avoiding surprise bills, you're avoiding the stress of navigating a broken system alone. Many DPC patients pair their memberships with a high-deductible plan or a health-sharing ministry to cover the "big what-ifs." This allows you to stop paying for a system you can’t access and start investing in a doctor who is actually in your corner. This isn't just another bill; it’s making sure that when you or your family need care, the door is already open.
